I love making holiday place cards. They’re an easy and fast way to make everyone at dinner feel welcomed! I’m joining a Cricut Holiday Crafternoon Tour with these Christmas lollipop place cards.

Lollipop place card

You only need a few supplies to make these cute candy name cards.

  • Cricut Explore or Maker
  • EasyPress (the mini is the perfect size)
  • Felt (Cricut brand works best if using the Explore)
  • Iron-on vinyl (I used foil iron-on)
  • Swirl lollipops (I used these mini twists)
  • Font: Catandra

Open this Design Space project for the place card file.

Use any font you like – I used this font.

Read this post on how to upload a font to Design Space

If you are going to use a script font, make sure you separate the letters and weld them together.

Cut felt with Cricut Maker

Cut as many felt cards as you need.

Design and cut all the names you have designed – remember to MIRROR the mat for cutting iron-on vinyl.

Read this refresher for using iron-on vinyl.

Use EasyPress mini on felt

Weed away all extra iron-on and center the names on the tags. Set the EasyPress mini to low (or check the Heat Guide for the EasyPress you’re using.)

Read this post with details about EasyPress mini

Put iron on vinyl on felt

Peel the carrier sheet when cool and add lollipop to the card through the holes.

Coordinate colors with your table decor – you can see here I layered a blue plate with a white doily, a red napkin, and then a dark place card with the sucker.

Build an entire Cricut Holiday table with the rest of these ideas too. Tanks to Celebrating Everyday Lift for coordinating the tour!
