When Emily was in Kindergarten I did a pretty good job of writing her a little note for her lunch box almost every day. It was always just little things–Have a good day, or I love you! I haven’t done so good with that during this year of 1st grade, but I know she likes them, because sometimes she will ask me to give her a note with her lunch.
I’m hoping this one will really make her smile, especially since she’s in that age now where she really understands some jokes. I used the giraffe files from DtsArt (available here) and here’s what I came up with.
