Wonderig where to buy felt balls, or what to make with them? This post should give you some ideas!

Have you guys seen all the cute and creative ways that people are using felt balls these days? Take one look at the cute garlands and different places that they can be strung up, and it’s no wonder they’re taking the world by storm. And the colors – there are so many!

But if you’re stumped on where to get some (because you won’t have luck just looking for pompoms at your craft store), you should check out The Felt Pod.

Besides their great color selection and combo packs, they have swirls, and dots, and tons of different sizes. And even some felt shapes like hearts and stars!

Wool felt sheets your thing? They have those too of course, and in gorgeous colors, patterns and metallic. If you make felt bows, flowers, whatever, you have to check out their collection.

I knew just what I wanted to do with the Toadstool Mix. I’ve had this white wreath hanging in my bathroom, which looks great against the super dark gray walls, but it was missing something!

So with the wreath, some green and red felt balls, plus needle and thread, here’s what I did.
Tie a knot in one end of the string and stick the needle through the middle of the ball and slide it down to the knot.

Repeat with all the balls until the garland is complete, and add it to the wreath. I played with a couple of different options, and you can pick what you look like best. Another option is to dot them around the whole wreath!

They just stick right in there – and this may be my favorite one (thanks for the idea Lindsay!)
