You know how most people probably prepare for vacation by simply making lists and packing things they’ll need?  Well, I do that too…but I also painted my IKEA luggage.

This small IKEA suitcase is perfect for a carry on item. Each of my kids have one too, even though we almost never fly with them. When we’re taking a driving vacation, it’s great for them to each have their own suitcase. I let them paint theirs too, and now it’s easy to tell who owns which one.

To see more of the crazy…er…cute crafty things I do that don’t always earn their own post, follow me on Instagram.
