I don’t know about you guys, but I feel like 2014 kind of hit the ground running.  We had a couple of lazy days before school started back up, but now we’re back into all our routines, I’m back to ticking things off my to-do list, and somehow it keep getting longer.

I’ve been doing ok at keeping up with blogging and some projects, though it seems like my wish list always extends passed my time and energy.

Sometimes I’m really glad I have Instagram–it’s like micro-blogging!  I get to share little bits of what’s going on around here, especially one’s that might not merit a whole blog post. And I get to see the same kinds of things from the people I follow.  It’s a win-win.

Here’s some of what I’ve shared recently:

I’m realizing I need a new paper trimmer.  Suggestions?

I started doing some decorating for Valentine’s day, using the same lanterns I used for Christmas centerpieces.

I’ve showed off a bit of my husband’s work with pens.

We’ve had sick kids this week, though thankfully it seems to be just colds and nothing worse.

What have you been up to?  Don’t miss the rest.

Oh yeah, and I wrote my last post for Craftaholics Anonymous!  I had such a great time being on her team over this last year.  Go check out the fur pillow I made

then watch the next couple of weeks for her new team to be announced.
