For super simple Thanksgiving place cards, I cut rose gold glitter vinyl with my Cricut Maker.
The font I used is called Andalusia, and you can get here using this affiliate link, Andalusia from FontBundles.com

You can see there are multiple glyphs, or versions of letters to choose from.

Working in Illustrator, I typed out everyone’s name and then chose a letter or two to alter with a new glyph. It made everything just a little more fancy to have an extra “swish” here and there. I turned all the fonts into outlines and saved as an SVG.

Then I uploaded to Design Space, picked the right size, and cut out the vinyl.

Applying the vinyl to the napkins wasn’t that hard either. I used transfer tape, but after positioning on the napkin ran my fingernail over just the vinyl. That way only the vinyl would stick down to the napkin, not really the transfer tape. It peeled up easily and the vinyl stayed in place!
