Nothing too fancy or exciting about this post today, but we’ve all been loving this focaccia bread so much lately.  If you’ve never made focaccia bread before, it’s actually quite easy, and so yummy!

I’ve been using this recipe from Cooking Light

My favorite way to eat it is right out of the oven and dipped in a plate of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and some sprinkles of Our Best Bites Garlic Bread Seasoning.

Throw together a quick salad to serve along side it and call it dinner.  That’s what I did last night!

Hope everyone’s making it through this week ok.  Watch for my next American Crafter project this Friday!
