Christmas Dishes Neighbor Gift

This Christmas dishes neighbor gift is a super easy gift idea. It’s a spin on the paper plates birthday gift idea I did a few years ago.

UPDATED November 2021

With a couple of word swaps, you easily get a Christmas version. Giving the gift of “not washing dishes” is great for friends, neighbors, teachers – anyone!

I think it will be especially appreciated this week as people are in the kitchen all day making festive goodies, and the dishwasher will probably be full by dinner time anyway 🙂

Plus, people may still be wary of food gifts from other homes this year and this is a great substitute.

Pick up plates, cups, napkins and utencils – there are tons of cute patterns for the holidays – and tie them all up with the tag.

If you’re making a lot of Christmas dish gifts this year, you can save a little money by purchasing holiday-specific plates, and then just solid color napkins and cups to match. Those usually come with more in a package.

Use Christmas ribbon, twine or yarn to add extra color and hold everything together.

Look for options at stores like Michaels, Hobby Lobby, and the dollar store.
