Day 7: Compliments
Everyone loves to hear nice things, right? And I figure my kids are no different. I don’t know that I need to falsely inflate their self esteem, but for at least this one day, I have made an effort to flood them each with compliments.
I’ve been looking for the obvious: “I love that drawing, you are very artistic”
to the stretches: “You did a good job getting your own pickle out of the jar”
It’s been kind of fun and I hope they’re enjoying it!
