I made my own version of the ever-popular doily banner a few weeks ago for a baby shower at my house. I loved that it was so easy! I just cut strips of burlap (which makes a huge hairy mess on the table by the way) and glued doilies (cut in half) across the bottom. And that’s about as detailed as the tutorial needs to be.

Day 4: Say Thank You
With yesterday’s intent to say “please” more often, I’ve been trying to say “thank you” more today. I especially looked for opportunities to thank them when they have done something I didn’t ask them to. It will let them know I’m paying attention, and remind me what great kids I have.
