If you have a unicorn party coming up, or just a unicorn lover in your life, you’ll get a lot of good use out of these free Unicorn SVGs, including the unicorn cut out card I made.
- Supplies:
- 2 colors of cardstock
- Tape runner or foam tape
- Cricut – Joy Xtra or larger
- Unicorn Card SVG you can download farther down in the post
To make the Unicorn cut out card, download the unicorn file here. Then upload it to design space.
Ungroup the two layers so we can add a score line.
Go to the shapes library on the left and click the score line to add one to the canvas.
Change the height of the score line to 7 inches to match the height of the card.
Then select the line and the card and center the horizontally and vertically. Then attach them so the score line stays in the right place
You could also add some writing with a pen font.
Send the project to your Cricut, securing the cardstock to the mats and making sure to add the stylus if you’re using one.
With the two pieces cut, center the rectangle behind the cutout and tape it in behind, so it’s on the inside of the card. Use foam tape or squares to add a bit of dimension, or simply use a tape runner.
Fold the card along the score line and add your message inside.
