Is it going to be a scorcher where you live this weekend? It just might be the perfect time to stay inside and make some Duck Tape crafts for the 4th of July.

When DuckBrand sent all these fabulous patterns, I knew that we were in for an afternoon of fun patriotic crafting.

First up is a super simple Duck Tape banner. Simply fold tape over a piece of twine or yarn and then cut a notch in the bottom of each one. Hang up the banner in your kitchen, in front of a mirror, or over the front door.

Next we made some kid-friendly sparklers. These would be great for taking to the parade or giving out during fireworks time.

Stick two pieces of Duck Tape together, about 8 inches long. Then cut each into 4 strips.

Tape 4 of them, in alternating colors, to the end of a dowel so they are hanging upside down. Then attach 4 more strips.

Add a jingle bell by twisting a piece of wire through the bell loop and around the tape. This will help secure the strips of tape to the dowel as well.

Now it’s ready to safely swing around! Which is your favorite, and what will you make with this Red, White and Blue Duck Tape?

Supplies used:

Yarn
Wooden dowel
Jingle bell
Wire

I just love a good Duck Tape project! Both of these are wonderful projects! I think I like the banner even more than the sparklers and those are too cute! I've Pinned this post to the Merry Monday Features board and will make it a Feature at the new party starting tonight! So glad you shared with us.
