As promised, more blender recipes! This is a fun way to sneak veggies into a smoothie because the fruit covers up the color and taste of the vegetables.
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cucumber
1/2 carrot
1/2 cup blueberries
4 frozen strawberries
1 cup ice
handful spinach
Toss all these ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. For a slightly thicker smoothie, add 1/2 cup more ice and blend another 30-45 seconds.
