{Granola Recipe}
This is a recipe that I got several years ago from my sister-in-law and it’s a favorite with my kids. It makes a great topping for yogurt or ice cream, or just a snack.
Ingredients
Mix 1 cup powdered milk
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 TBS vanilla
1/2 TBS cinnamon

Then pour over
4 cups cornflakes
3 cups old fashioned oats
Mix well and spread on two cookie sheets. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes, stirring at 10 minutes. Let cool in pan then store in airtight container.
