I’m starting a new email series specifically for Cricut users. The series is called The Cricut Minute, and it will come out every Tuesday.
I’m also going to keep a copy of each email here on the blog – that way, people can come back and read any they may have missed!

You can expect things like Design Space feature, machine capabilities, quick comparisons, project help and more!
Do you have a suggestion for a topic or something you want me to look into? Leave a comment and I’ll add it to my list!

Today’s Tip: Change the Canvas Color in Design Space
Did you know you can change the background color of the workspace in Design Space?
1 – Click on Blank Canvas in the layers panel
2 – Click the white square under “Color” on the top bar
3 – Choose the color you want for the background
4 – You can paste a hex code in the advanced section if you want a very specific color.
Why it’s Useful
A different background color is really helpful when working with white shapes or lettering. You can get a good idea of how your design will look on a shirt of that color, for example. It can also help you see the white offset when making stickers!
Try changing the canvas color the next time you’re working on a project and see what you think!
