You need to try weeding boxes!
Basically it’s a square or rectangle around your design, or even parts of your design, creating nice straight lines to weed. Then you’re working with a much more manageable area and pieces of extra vinyl.
Today’s Tip: Use Weeding Boxes
- Weeding boxes divide up a large design into manageable weeding sections
- Add a rectangle shape to the canvas and resize to fit around the design and /or parts of the design
- Be sure to attach all the squares to the design so they stay in place when you go to cut
BONUS: You can also add a score line and change it to cut, to help divide parts of the design
